Clarity. Momentum. Creative Confidence.

I am a Toronto-based artist and educator with over 20 years of experience working as a practicing painter and visual art educator. I have led arts departments, built collaborative teams, mentored students at every level, and worked with emerging and established creatives across disciplines. Through this work, I have seen one truth repeatedly:
creativity is Innovation in action.
"Creativity is not a talent reserved for a few. It is a practice that can be utilized by anyone."
Why Creative Coaching?
Many creatives experience:
-
Overwhelm from too many ideas
-
The “creative void”, feeling blocked or empty
-
Anxiety and perfectionism
-
Self-sabotage and procrastination
-
Loss of confidence
-
Difficulty finishing or sharing work
Coaching helps you:
-
Move from stuck to active.
-
Clarify what you actually want.
-
Identify what is getting in the way. Build small, repeatable creative rituals.
-
Develop resilience in the face of criticism.
-
Create momentum through experimentation
Who I Work With:
I work with artists at any stage of their practice, educators seeking renewed inspiration, creative professionals navigating transition or burnout, and individuals who feel the pull to make something new but are unsure how to begin. Some clients are experienced makers looking to refine their direction; others are rediscovering creativity after years of self-doubt. You do not need to call yourself an artist to work with me, if you are trying to think differently, build something meaningful, or move an idea into action, you are already engaged in creative work.
Let’s Begin
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your creative direction, that’s not a dead end. It’s a starting point.
